• Check the status of prescriptions: Members can easily track the progress of their prescriptions with six clear statuses, including Ready, Not Ready, Under Review, Needs Approval, Not Covered, or Quantity Limit. Real-time updates are received through push notifications.
• Save money on prescriptions: This app allows users to compare pharmacy prices and obtain accurate drug pricing from nearby pharmacies. It also enables a comparison between retail pharmacy and home delivery prices.
• Get relevant prescription information: Members can access drug education and clinical information related to their prescribed medications.
• View Rx claims history: A comprehensive history of previously filled prescriptions is available for easy reference.
• Rx Search: The app includes an Rx search tool that can be used regardless of prescription status. Users can obtain Rx information and compare pharmacy prices.
• Member ID Card: The digital prescription benefits ID card can be viewed within the app. Additionally, there is an option to request a new physical prescription benefits ID card.
